One by One – Word of Mouth
Cat Brysch at Convergence 2012
Cat Brysch Creations Studio on TAFA
Cat Brysch joined TAFA on March 1st, 2012. Immediately, she plunged in full force, promoting us on forums she belonged to, participating in our private Facebook group, and emailing me with ideas and encouragement. This kind of a member is worth gold! A weaver, Cat recently showed her hand-woven yardage at a booth at Convergence 2012 in Long Beach, California, sponsored by the Handweaver’s Guild of America. | |
Before she left, she asked me to make up a flier that she could display in her booth and also wanted something simple to hand out. Look at the beautiful display she had at her booth! (Above) She reported that she handed out over 90 TAFA tabs (the pink slips by the frame) and told lots of people about us. If all of our members did this, we would be going through the roof! There is no better form of advertising than word of mouth. If you love something and talk about it, people listen. |
Here are the fliers that I made up for her. If you like what TAFA is doing, feel free to spread the word!
Either can be “saved as” to your computer and then printed. Or, contact me for PDF files. I include the strips when I ship things that I sell on Etsy. Little by little, we spread the word!
And, if you sew and need some beautiful handwoven fabric, do check out Cat’s offerings. She has gorgeous samplings on her blog and also has an Etsy shop.
